Chicken Tortilla Soup

1 poblano, diced
2 onions, diced
4 tablespoons chopped garlic
2 jalapenos, deseeded and diced
2 green bell peppers, diced and deseeded
1 1/2 quart of charred corn
10 adobo chicken thighs, grilled then diced
1/2 cup dried oregano
1/2 cup bay leaves
2 tablespoons salt
1/2 cup lime juice
1/2 cup cilantro
1/2 quart adobo marinade
1 1/2 cups white wine
4 tablespoons cumin
1 tea ancho powder
1 tea cayenne
64 ounces chicken stock
32 ounces diced tomato in juice
48 ounces pureed tomatoe in juice


Sautee poblanos, onions, jalapenos, garlic, green bell peppers and charred corn. Deglaze with white wine. Add chicken stock, tomatoes, pureed tomatoes, adobo marinade and adobo chicken. 
Add lime juice, all spices, and oregano/bay leaves. Simmer for 20 minutes.
