Summer Vegetable Pasta

1/2 olive oil 
3 oz Marinated Artichoke Hearts (quartered)
2 oz Roasted RoastedRed Peppers ( julienned)
2 oz Asparagus Tips ( blanched )
2 oz Red Onion ( julienned)
8 oz Pasta ( boiled)
1/2 oz garlic
Salt and pepper to tasted 
1 oz white wine 
1/2 oz white balsamic vinegar 
Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese 


Boil pasta , cool and set a side 
Use sauté pan on med heat and add olive oil 
Add the onions sauté for 1 minute 
Add asparagus tips , artichoke, tomatoes and red peppers cook for another minute
Add garlic 
Salt and pepper 
Add white wine and sauté for one minute 
Add white balsamic vinegar and toss 
Finish with dress basil and cheese 
Boil pasta , cool and set aside
