GRILLING CORN: 

USE EITHER FROZEN OR FRESH
IF FRESH SOAK IN WATER FOR AT LEAST 5 MINUTES BEFORE GRILLING
PUT DIRECTLY ON GRILL HIGH HEAT TURNING EVERY 30 SECONDS TO A MINUTE
CORN WILL GRILL PRETTY FAST - ABOUT 5 MINUTES OR SO 
WHEN DONE REMOVE FROM GRILL SET IN ALUMINUM FOIL AND SPREAD ON JUST BUTTER AND SALT OR MEXICAN MAYO AND PARMESAN CHEESE 
WRAP IN FOIL TO KEEP WARM 

RECIPE FOR MEXICAN MAYO:

 1/2 CUP OF LOW- FAT OR REGULAR MAYO
2-3 TEASPOONS OF CHILI POWDER
1/2 TEASPOON SMOKY PAPRIKA
TABLESPOON OF GRATED PARMESAN CHEESE
2 TABLESPOONS OF CHOPPED CILANTRO
1 TABLESPOON OF SOUR CREAM
