CLAY COUNTY, AL (WBRC) -

Clay County authorities say the one-year-old was found safe around 2:45 p.m. Thursday.

A car with a one-year-old inside was taken from a post office in Lineville, Alabama at 10:20 a.m.

Authorities identified the toddler as Zy’Koby Landan Clark.

Police say 29-year-old Tiara Ingram was the driver of the stolen 2003 silver 4-door Pontiac Grand Prix with tinted windows. The tag number is 43CR742.

Ingram is mentally impaired, according to police. She is described as a 5'1" black female with brown hair, weighing 149 pounds.

Police say this was not a random kidnapping or theft of a random car.

Ms. Ingram lives with the child and the child's mother and was driving the two around. The mother needed to go by the post office, so she went inside. When she came out, the car, the child and Ms. Ingram were all gone.

Police say a search on Facebook revealed Ms. Ingram also disappeared in March.
