1 lb Shrimp
Sprinkle Tony Chacheres to taste
1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Butter
1/4 of each Red, Yellow, and Green Bell Pepper Sliced
1 Cup Italian Dressing
2 tablespoons Capers
1/4 Red Onion Sliced
1 Lemon, Optional
In a hot pan add olive oil or butter, add shrimp and season with Tony Chacheres or salt & pepper, sautè shrimp for 5-7 min. Make sure your shrimp are a beautiful pink color and cooked all the way. In a pretty glass or clear bowl add peppers, onions, capers. Add shrimp in the bowl and cover shrimp & veggies with Dressing. You can also use the olive oil & vinegar dressing, balsamic, or any vinaigrette with a good acidic flavor. Put dish in the fridge until nice and cold. If you'd like, squeeze lemon over the salad before serving.
