Chicken Marsala with Sautéed Pasta

2 boneless chicken breast 5 oz.
½ cup marsala Wine
1 cup chicken Broth
½ cup cream
Oil Olive
1 ½ cup slice mushrooms
¼ cup diced onions
Salt and pepper to taste
Onion Powder to taste
Garlic powder to taste


Season chicken Breast with salt, pepper, onion powder and garlic power. Heat sauté pan add oil and chicken breast sauté for 4-6 minutes. Remove chicken breast and place on a plate. Add onions and deglaze the pan with wine cook 2-3 minutes. Add chicken broth, mushroom, and cream. Sauté  for 3-5 minutes.  And butter and seasoning. Place chicken in sauce. 

Sautéed Pasta 

2 cups cook pasta 
½ cup green peas
½ cup corn
Olive oil
Salt and black pepper to taste
Onion powder and garlic power to taste

Heat sauté pan and oil, peas and corn sauté for 2 minutes. Add pasta and sauté 2-3 minutes. Add seasons and sauté 1 minute. Place pasta on plate top with chicken and sauce. Garnish with parsley.
