2 lbs Steamed Sweet Potatoes
1 cup Pasteurized Liquid Egg
8 oz Vanilla Protein Powder
1/2 cup Coconut Oil
3 inch Pie Shells
Whisk all ingredients into a smooth filling.
Bake pie shells for 6-8 minutes at 325 degrees.
Pull out shells then use a pastry sleeve to fill pie shells with mixed filling.
Bake for an additional 10 minutes at 325 degrees.
Remove from oven and let cool for 3 minutes.
