BIRMINGHAM, AL (WBRC) -

Starting Monday, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency (ALEA) is expanding hours of operation at nine of its driver's license examining offices. This comes after the agency reduced operating hours at 31 satellite offices in October 2015 due to limited funding.

The nine offices are in Bibb, Bullock, Butler, Greene, Hale, Lowndes, Macon, Perry and Wilcox counties. Depending on local population and demand, office hours vary from one day each week to three days each month.

•Centreville (Bibb): 8 a.m.-12 p.m. and 12:30-2:30 p.m., first and third Thursdays of the month
•Union Springs (Bullock): 9 a.m.-12 p.m. and 1-4 p.m., every Thursday
•Greenville (Butler): 8 a.m.-noon and 1-4:30 p.m., every Monday
•Eutaw (Greene): 8 a.m.-12 p.m. and 12:30-2:30 p.m., every Tuesday
