Breaking news this morning:  A triple shooting in Tuscaloosa has left one person dead. Terri Brewer is working to get the newest information,

The governor of North Carolina has declared a state of emergency after rioting led to one person being shot and police using tear gas and rubber bullets to control unruly protesters.

Former Auburn QB, Cam Newton, who now plays in Charlotte, has reaction to what's going on in his new city. 

Gas is once again flowing through the Colonial Pipeline.
