Jury selection in Alabama House Speaker Mike Hubbard’s ethics trial is set to begin today. Hubbard is facing 23 ethics charges.

Condoleezza Rice is back in Birmingham today.  The former Secretary of State will speak to seventh and eighth graders from Birmingham City Schools as the get to pitch her businesses ideas.

UAB football player who died after being shot and killed was laid to rest this weekend. Over 700 people attended the funeral of Greg Bryant, including UAB coach Bill Clark and teammates. There have been no arrests in Bryant’s shooting.
