The mother of a man whose shooting death was caught on tape at a Fairfield gas station is speaking out this morning. Ardarius Williams, 28, was killed last month at a Citgo gas station following an argument over an engagement ring. Clare Huddleston has a message from his mother at 5 a.m.

Gov. Bentley’s $800 million dollar prison bill has died as the legislative session even after it was scaled down to $550 million.  

The city of Oxford repealed its controversial bathroom ordinance that garnered national attention. The council voted to rescind it with a three to two vote.
