Attorneys for Justin Ross Harris, the man accused of leaving his child in a hot car, are requesting that his trial be moved. A judge will hear arguments on the move today.

Bessemer police are still searching for the suspect in a shooting that left one dead and two injured.  The shooting happened at a barbecue Saturday night. Clare Huddleston will be live with more.
