We're still trying to learn more about the man who opened fire in Blount County and injured three people before being shot and killed by police. At 5 a.m., Ronda Robinson will hear from one of the women who was shot and frantically ran to a nearby gas station for help.

Gov. Bentley says that he will defend himself against a new civil lawsuit brought forth by fired ALEA Secretary Spencer Collier. Collier is suing the governor, Rebekah Mason and others for defamation and wrongful termination. Terri Brewer will have details at 5:30 a.m.

Both Hillary Clinton and Donald Trump won big in the New York primary Tuesday, with Trump taking 84 of the 95 delegates in the state.
