Fire destroys two business in Vestavia Hills strip mall

A commercial fire destroyed two Vestavia Hills businesses. Ichiban Japanese Steakhouse and Pure Fitness caught fire early Monday morning. Clare Huddleston joins us from the scene with the latest at 7 a.m.

Another fire destroyed a Hamilton church this morning. The sanctuary of the Hamilton Free Will Baptist Church was completely destroyed.

A total of 272 people were killed when a massive earthquake hit Ecuador. Crews are still searching for survivors and victims.
