A man who was convicted of kidnapping his son from Vestavia Hills in 2002 found out his fate yesterday. Bobby Hernandez will serve four years in prison for kidnapping his now 18-year-old son and taking him to Ohio.

Birmingham police arrested 11 people and seized 15 machines in a gambling bust in Ensley. Two were arrested for running the operation.
