The city of Clay's mayor is hoping the tragic shooting death of a mother of three will help save the lives of others. Police say the boyfriend of 38-year-old Jody Watson shot and killed her last week. We'll have more on what the city is doing to heal at 5.

Is the Rotary Trail open?
