Lt. Governor Kay Ivey says she's ready to take on the duties of governor if she has to. Yesterday, AL Rep. Ed Henry held a press conference saying that he would try to get a vote on a resolution to bring articles of impeachment against current governor, Robert Bentley. Ronda Robinson will be live at 5 a.m. with more.

Tuscaloosa police are searching for a group of men they say barged into an apartment and kidnapped and shot a man. The victim is currently in UAB hospital. Terri Brewer will have updates on the case at 5:30 a.m.

Pelham residents are hoping a proposed project will ease traffic woes involving trains in the area. CSX has a proposed infrastructure improvement plan that will prevent trains from holding up travel at the Lee Street and Highway 52 crossing.
