A McCalla church incorporated its damaged steeple in its Easter Sunday service yesterday. Grace Life Baptist Church’s steeple was damaged by a Christmas Day tornado, and the church’s pastor used it in his sermon about imperfections.
Memorial services begin today for EWTN founder Mother Angelica, who passed away on Easter Sunday at 92. She was born in Ohio in 1923 and entered a nunnery when she was 21. She founded the network in 1981. Clare Huddleston will be live at 5:30 a.m. with more on how the beloved founder will be honored.
