Parking deck fire at Callahan Eye Hospital shuts down University Blvd WB

Fire crews are on the scene of a parking deck fire at UAB's Callahan Eye Hospital where two cars are on fire and University Boulevard is blocked going westbound at 18th Street South.

We'll hear from a Bent Brook neighborhood family whose home was damaged by the Super Tuesday tornado. The National Weather Service confirmed that an EF-2 tornado struck the area, damaging 12 homes and injuring four people.

Calhoun County authorities will have a press conference this morning to discuss details of what they call a very unusual case involving a U.S. government employee trying to escape sexual abuse charges by attempting to flee to Syria. The man is accused of raping his underage stepdaughter and fathering a child with her.

A Montgomery police officer is facing murder charges in the death of an unarmed man. Aaron Smith, a white officer, was charged in the shooting death of Gregory Gunn, a black man.

A survivor of Tuesday's tornado joins us in the studio to talk about how she was rescued after a tree fell on the roof of her car.
