Alabama Chief Justice stirs same sex controversy

Alabama Chief Justice Roy Moore is once again fighting same-sex marriage. He issued an administrative order telling probate judges not to issue same-sex marriage licenses which he says are contrary to the state's Marriage Protection Act. His order is making national headlines and drawing varied responses. We're following it for you on WBRC FOX6 News.
