Texas received a double whammy of severe weather. Residents are recovering after seeing both tornadoes and snow in a matter of days.  At least 11 people died, and several others were injured in the bout of severe weather.

A Cleveland grand jury decided not to indict the two officers in the deadly shooting of 12-year-old Tamir Rice. Cleveland’s mayor says the city and the police department will conduct an internal review into the shooting.

Authorities confirm that a Texas teenager who was said to suffer from affluenza after killing four people while driving drunk has been captured. Ethan Couch, 18, and his mother were detained in Mexico weeks after he missed a required probation appointment. Couch’s lawyers argued during his trial that his parent’s wealth made him unable to understand the consequences of his actions.
