Louie's Philly cheesesteak dip
1lb thin shaved ribeye steak or frozen chipped steak chopped
1 cup chopped onions
1 cup chopped bell peppers
8 oz block of cream cheese room temperature
1/2 cup mayonnaise
8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp olive oil
In a skillet add olive oil on medium/high and saute peppers and onions for about 5 minutes and set aside.
In a separate bowl add cream cheese and mayo and stir together to combine.
Then add steak, cheese, peppers and onions and combine.
Put all your ingredients into a baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, artisan breads or other tasty treats. This is one fabulous dip that will sure be a hit with all your friends. Have a wonderful Christmas and Happy New Year from Lou, Becky and the whole Louie's family.
