We're watching for severe weather this week and an update on a deadly DUI crash

Good afternoon from the desk of Janet Hall.  Here are the stories we're working on for WBRC FOX6 News this evening.

I hate to deliver bad news but it looks like we are in for some dangerous weather this week. Current models show severe thunderstorms and possible tornadoes could be in our area Wednesday afternoon and overnight into Thursday. We are gearing up for it here at the station and want to be sure you are weather aware in the midst of the holidays. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that the model changes but let's be ready no matter what. Chief Meteorologist J-P Dice will have the full rundown on WBRC FOX6 News a 5.
