Hoover Superintendent to present rezoning plans to DOJ; Live reports at 5 a.m.

Hoover Superintendent Kathy Murphy plans on presenting her Student Assignment Plan, based on district rezoning changes, to the Justice Department for approval before she presents it to the community next year. Murphy is required to do that because of a 1987 desegregation court order.
