UA police searching for robbery suspects

Good morning from the digital desk! Here are some of the stories and segments you'll see this morning on Good Day Alabama:

Breaking out of Tuscaloosa this morning, police at the University of Alabama are searching for two robbery suspects near the campus. Investigators say that two men robbed at and shot a man Monday night. We'll have more details for you.

Birmingham police are also searching for a group of suspects. Officers are looking for three men connected to a carjacking that happened Monday. The suspects fired shots and then stole the victim's car near Idlewild Circle. No injuries were reported.

We're waking up to another cold morning. Mickey will tell you when we can expect to warm up.

Also out of Birmingham, a teenager shot and killed in his own front yard will be laid to rest this afternoon. Funeral services for 16-year-old Kameron Dumas will be at noon. Family and friends held a candlelight vigil to remember him yesterday.

An overnight plane crash killed four people overnight in a helicopter crash in Fort Hood, Texas. The crash happened during a training mission and is still under investigation.
