Lawsuit claims negligence at Trades Tower Apartments
A lawsuit has been filed against the owners of the Birmingham Building Trades Tower Apartments. Two after a fire there, an amputee, John Bartan, was discovered still in his apartment. Now a lawsuit filed on his behalf is claiming negligence by the owners. We'll have more details including how Bartan is doing tonight at 5.

Birmingham man robbed and kidnapped
Birmingham police are looking for four men who robbed and kidnapped a man early this morning on 10th Court South. The victim told police he was pistol whipped and forced into a van before being dropped off near Finley Boulevard.
Police now have video of the suspects leaving a Walmart and listen to this, they are accompanied by a young child 5 to 6 years old. We'll have the latest on the investigation at 5 p.m.
