Arrest of UA students under investigation

The Tuscaloosa Police Department is handling an internal investigation of the arrests of three students caught on video. It shows officers pulling several people out of an apartment and appearing to use a taser. The original call was to deal with a noise complaint. We'll have the full story on WBRC FOX6 News at 5.
 
Dump truck crashes into home

A dump truck crashed into a home off West Oxmoor Road this morning killing the driver. It smashed an entire room and corner of the house. We'll take a closer look at what happened.
 
Gloria Allred joins Hernandez case

The mother of 18-year-old Julian Hernandez has chosen legendary attorney Gloria Alred to represent her. Hernandez is the young man who was abducted from his Vestavia Hills home 13 years ago when he was just 5-years-old. We'll have an update on the case at 5.
