Search is still on for alleged animal abuser in Tuscaloosa

Happy Friday from Red Mountain! This is Jonathan Hardison with a look at the stories we're working on for you tonight.

Animal abuse update

A lot of ya'll have been asking us for an update on how that cat seen being beaten in a viral video from Tuscaloosa is doing. Thankfully, police say the cat id OK. Tonight on WBRC FOX6 News at 9 our Josh Gauntt updates you on the progress of the search to find the person seen abusing the cat on camera.

Speaking of T-town, that's a train full of LSU fans were heading today when their Amtrak train hit a dump truck on the tracks near Bessemer, killing the dump truck driver. Tonight new on WBRC FOX6 News at 10 our Lydia Hu is at the train station talking to some of those fans as they got off the train, hours later than they planned and shaken by what they saw and heard.
