Displaced Birmingham Trades Towers residents moved; More reports on GDA

Good morning!  It's a Friday on WBRC/Fox6 News Good Day Alabama!   Here are some stories we are working on for you this morning:

Some residents displaced by the Birmingham Trades Towers apartment fire have been moved to the Irondale United Methodist Church. Around 50 residents were moved on Thursday with assistance from UAB nursing students.

The rain forecast has been evolving, so tune in to find out what Mickey says now about when and how much rain we'll see starting today through the weekend!

Overnight, we've got new video to show you of a possible tornado in Forth Worth, Texas.  This video showing you the before and after of the storm.

The mother of the a boy found after missing for 13 years is now asking for privacy as her son deals with this difficult time.  Vestavia Hills Police say Julian Hernandez, who was five years old when he was taken by his father, has communicated with his mother after being located in Ohio.

Also happening today, the Bessemer Ducks youth football team has a hearing at the Bessemer courthouse.  The team's coach tells WBRC they have filed restraining order against the metro league.  We'll explain where things stand now after playoff games were cancelled because of a shooting outside the stadium.
