Brick-wielding husband shot by intervening homeowner

We're following new developments tonight in what is now apparently a domestic situation that ended up with a brick-wielding husband shot by a homeowner who was trying to protect this man's wife, according to Birmingham Police. The husband ended up shot and looking for help at a middle school campus and is in the hospital tonight. We're working to sort this out and will have the latest, including any possible charges, on WBRC FOX6 News at 9.

Parents talk to Hoover superintendent about rezoning

A lot of Hoover parents have been worried for months about where your children may end up going to school next year or in 2017 with the district looking at a big rezoning plan.
