Man shoots at son
A 63-year-old Tuscaloosa man is facing attempted murder charges after police say he fired shots at his 40-year-old son. Johnny Craig was arrested soon after he drove away from the scene. He is now in jail on a $25,000 bond.

DMV controversy expands
The closing of many rural DMV offices in Alabama has drawn Rev. Jesse Jackson to Birmingham. Yesterday, U.S. Congresswoman Terri Sewell called for an investigation into the impact of the DMV closings on voting rights. Today Governor Bentley responds to her accusations. We’ll have the full story at 5 p.m.
Deputy holds baby
A picture of a Jefferson County deputy gently holding a baby has gone viral today. Deputy Ric Lindley held the little girl following a wreck on I-20 this morning. We’ll hear from him on WBRC FOX6 News at 5.
