Alabama Congresswoman Terri Sewell says she plans to ask the Department of Justice to look into the closure of 31 rural DMV offices in Alabama. Sewell says these closures will hurt poor, rural and African American residents. She's particularly concerned because Alabama requires a photo ID to vote. The closures are due to big budget cuts across the state.
