Will Gov. Bentley divorce records be unsealed?
A group of media outlets throughout Alabama has filed a motion to unseal the divorce records of Governor Robert Bentley. WBRC FOX6 is among those asking for transparency in the case. The motion states that sealing the documents interferes with journalists' ability to do their jobs and "violates the First Amendment and/or common law rights of access to court proceedings."
KKK flyers in Cullman County
Printed flyers urging residents to join the Ku Klux Klan have appeared in a Cullman County neighborhood. We'll have reaction from residents and law enforcement who say such hate groups are not welcome in their communities.
Airbus officially opens in Mobile
Governor Robert Bentley celebrated the opening of the new Airbus U.S. Manufacturing Facility in Mobile today. The plant will build the final assembly live for Airbus A320 jetliners. It's the first Airbus production site in the United States.
