. - Good afternoon from the desk of Janet Hall. Here are the stories we're working on for WBRC FOX6 News this evening.
Governor's agenda

The governor's agenda for next week's special session is out and it is full of measures to bring in more state revenue including a cigarette tax and killing a state income tax deduction. Perhaps most interesting is a line that says lawmakers may also consider "any other measures" to fund the budget. Is that an invitation for gambling? We'll look at the possibilities on WBRC FOX6 News at 5.
Suspected Peeping Tom

A man has been arrested and accused of peeping through a bathroom stall in a women's restroom. It happened at a Northport gas station. We'll explain how the suspect was caught.
Tom Brady gets a reprieve

A federal judge has overturned the NFL's suspension of New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady. He will now be allowed to play in the season opener next week despite the "deflategate" controversy. Sheldon Haygood joins us for a look at the ramifications of the decision.
