First Lady files for divorce   

Dianne Bentley has filed for divorce from Governor Robert Bentley. In court records Dianne Bentley states that there is “a conflict of personalities which destroys the legitimate aims of matrimony and all possibilities of reconciliation are futile." We’ll have reaction from state leaders.
 
Johnathan Austin talks to media

Birmingham City Council President Johnathan Austin faced reporters today for the first time since it was revealed he was arrested on suspicion of DUI in Mountain Brook eight months ago. Austin says the DUI was dismissed but he was charged
with making an improper turn. We’ll have more on this tonight at 5.
 
Negro League Museum opens

The Negro League Southern Museum officially opens today. It’s next to Regions Field on 16th Street South. We’ll take you there for the ribbon cutting and a look at what it has to offer.
