Pan-fried Gulf Grouper Cheeks

Slice's Pan fried Gulf Grouper Cheeks

•    4oz of Grouper cheeks
•    2oz Okra
•    4oz Grilled Yellow Squash
•    3 split cherry tomatoes 
•    5oz Israeli Cous Cous - follow directions on the box to prepare -  Save the water and add some sirachia.
Incorporate all the ingredients above for the base.

To cook the Grouper Cheeks

Add salt and pepper to taste and dust lightly with flour, add 1 table spoon of oil to a fry pan and sear the cheeks on both sides until they are golden brown.
