Tuscaloosa authorities searching for shooting suspect

Happening right now, police in Tuscaloosa are still looking for Samuel Ellis.  He is considered armed and dangerous.  We'll share his picture so you can possibly help police.

This morning, the Alabama Law Enforcement Agency says a missing child has been found safe.

In Hoover, police are investigating how a man was shot dead.  Police believe a toddler might have accidentally shot his father.

Happening today, the pretrial hearing in a case that shocked so many:  Richard Shahan, a former pastor accused of killing his wife.

There are reports that Jared from Subway will make a plea deal with prosecutors on alleged child pornography charges.  We'll talk with our legal expert at 6:25 a.m.
