Shreveport police looking for suspect accused of killing officer

Breaking news: The search for a gunman in Shreveport, Louisiana going on right now. The suspect is accused of shooting and killing a police officer.

Also, the latest on the search for an armed robbery suspect in Prattville.

We are following on the story of a man who called police to his house in Sylacauga, then fired shots at them.

Jefferson County students head back to school this morning.  We'll hear from the system superintendent as teachers and faculty are concerned over a possible shortage of personnel.

Police searching for the driver of a truck involved in a fatal hit and run on Highway 280. It happened yesterday morning at Key Drive.
Police say the suspect may be driving a 2004 to 2008 Ford F-150 - white or light in color and the truck should have noticeable damage to the front end.
