Waiting for a verdict and UAB opens a special mental health clinic

Good afternoon from the desk of Janet Hall. Here are the stories we're working on for FOX6 News this evening.
Waiting for a verdict

The jury has reached a verdict in the trial of James Holmes, the man who opened fire in a Colorado movie theater killing 12 people in 2012. Jurors will read the verdict at 5 p.m. CST and we will have it for you live on FOX6 News at 5.
What's next for Vestavia Rebels?

How do you rebrand a "rebel" mascot to make it politically correct? Vestavia Hills leaders are working on that right now after deciding to keep the rebel name but change the mascot used by Vestavia Hills High School. At 5 we'll talk to branding experts who have been involved in similar efforts.
10,000 illegal pills

Tuscaloosa narcotics agents have busted a man accused of possessing 10,000 Xanax pills. We'll look at where they came from and what kind of sentence he may face.
Mental health clinic for LGBT

UAB is opening a special health clinic just for the LGBT community. It will focus on mental health particularly issues of depression and suicide prevention. We'll have details on FOX6 News at 6.
