We're showing new video this morning of more severe weather in Texas. You can also check it out on or our WBRC app. Authorities say no one was hurt and serious damage reports either, but more rain and thunderstorms are expected for the rest of the week.

We're following this breaking story: Four U.S. Defense Department workers are in treatment for exposure to anthrax. Twenty-two people overseas are in treatment, as well. The U.S. military accidentally shipped live anthrax spores to government and commercial labs in nine states and overseas.

FOX6 News reporter Clare Huddleston is on the case of a shooting investigation in Birmingham involving two different scenes.

Terri Brewer is covering west Alabama this morning. A former Fayette County Water Works official is accused of using his work credit card at strip clubs.

There is big sports news this morning from the NBA. This year's MVP, Stephen Curry, will take on former MVP, Lebron James, in the NBA Finals. Curry helped the Golden State Warriors clinch a spot in the finals. They defeated the Houston Rockets to win their seven-game series 4-1 by a final score of 104 - 90. The Warriors head to the NBA finals for the first time in 40 years to face the Cleveland Cavaliers.

The late B.B.King is now in Mississippi after a procession that started in Memphis. A musical tribute was held before a hearse drove his body along Beale street. King's prized guitar, "Lucille" was also part of the procession. The caravan proceeded to the state line, where Mississippi officials took over. King's remains were taken to Indianola. He will be laid to rest there after a public viewing Friday and funeral services Saturday. King died earlier this month in hospice care at his Las Vegas home, at the age of 89.

In the 8 a.m. hour, we will talk to the high school graduate who became an internet sensation when he offered a prayer during a medical emergency that interrupted the graduation ceremony at a Jefferson County School.

Mickey is forecasting a 50 percent chance of rain but no storms. The high will be around 84 degrees.
