Investigators are still searching for a missing 4-year-old girl after Millington police arrested her mother Sunday.

The girl's father, Brandon Lee, says Christine Flick was picked up at the Millington Police Department and brought to Trumann, Arkansas Monday. He says when she was arrested, 4-year-old Alyssa Lee was not with her.

"It bothers me that she wasn't with her mom when she was caught," said Brandon Lee. "I am glad that the mother is caught and it's getting close to where we will find my child."

At the Trumann Police Department, investigators tried to convince Flick to reveal the location of Alyssa. Brandon Lee went to the police department to try to convince her to talk.

"She won't say anything," Brandon Lee said. "First, she'll give us a lie, and then it's something else."

Flick's arrest came just 24 hours after Lee came to WMC's studio looking for help. His daughter Alyssa disappeared with her non-custodial mother a year ago.

Lee explained that when he went to pick up his daughter from Flick's house, the home was empty and he hasn't heard from them since.

"For the last 12 months, I've been hunting and searching, looking, and hired detectives, been to DHS, everywhere, anything I could think of," Lee explained.

After several tips came into the police department, a year of searching is finally coming to an end.

"I'm excited. I'm anxious. I just hope she remembers me," said Lee. "I want her to know I love her. I did think about her every day. I do want her with me at all times."

Now, Lee is asking for your help once more to help him locate his daughter.

Lee doesn't believe his daughter has been hurt. He says he felt Flick's arrest on an outstanding warrant for theft was the break he has been waiting for.

Lee has temporary custody of the child and would like nothing more than to bring her home.

"She doesn't need to be kept from anybody," Lee added. "Do the right thing, let me know where she's at. Let me know she's OK and healthy."
