Beef tips served over sauteed potatoes and cabbage

Beef tips served over sautéed Potatoes and Cabbage

6 oz Ribeye steak diced

2 cups diced cooked

2 cups shredded Cabbage

1/2 cup diced Onions

1 cup diced Mushrooms

1/2 Beef Broth

1 teaspoon Cornstarch

1 tablespoon white wine

1 teaspoon water

1 tablespoons olive oil

Salt and pepper to taste

Onion powder to taste

Brown Sauce

Place beef broth in a pot, bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch and water together mix with beef broth.

Heat Sauté pan add oil and beef sauté for one minute add onion and mushrooms season with onion powder, salt and pepper. Sauté for 2-3 minutes. Add brown sauce. Sauté for 2-3 minutes.

In a second sauté pan and oil add and potatoes seasoning with salt, pepper and onion powder. Sauté for 2-3 minutes add cabbage and sauté for 1-2 minutes. Place potato and cabbage on plate and place beef tips on top. Garnish with parsley and diced red peppers and carrots
