Flash flooding trapped some residents of a mobile home park in Northport today. We'll show you how they were rescued by boat. We'll also have the latest forecast on what the weather holds for us today and tomorrow.

Direct flights to New Orleans

A new airline is coming to Birmingham. Silver Airways will offer direct flights from Birmingham to New Orleans and also direct flights to Jacksonville. We'll have more on the new airline and what it means for Birmingham travelers.

State budget cuts

As lawmakers work to finalize a state budget many areas are being considered for cuts. We'll take a look at what those cuts could mean for the prison system. We'll also check out concerns for state parks and the possible closing of 15 parks, including Cheaha State Park and Lake Guntersville.
