Troopers fear bill could lead to traffic deaths and death row inmate prepares for release

Jonathan Taylor no longer a UA student

Former Crimson Tide football player Jonathan Taylor is no longer a student at The University of Alabama. Taylor is facing charges of domestic abuse even though his girlfriend has recanted her story against him. We'll have the latest on this developing story.

State trooper shortage?

Alabama State Troopers say you could see fewer officers on the road if a proposed bill gets through the legislature. We'll explain why they believe it could lead to more traffic deaths.

Death row inmate release

After serving 28 years on Alabama's death row a man is set to be freed from prison Friday. All charges have been dismissed against Anthony Ray Hinton. We'll take a look ahead to what happens tomorrow when he walks out of jail a free man.
