TB tests at Homewood High
Tuberculosis tests began at Homewood High School today after it was announced a student was diagnosed with TB yesterday. Tonight we'll have the latest from an informational meeting being held for parents.
The sentencing phase for convicted murderer Joyce Garrard hit a snag today. One juror was removed from the jury, however the process continues.
Preps for Presidential Visit
Preparations are being made for President Obama's visit to Birmingham tomorrow. He'll be speaking near Lawson State. Several nearby schools are letting out early to avoid traffic issues and city workers are busy making sure the presidential route will be clean and clear.
