The changeover has begun
After days of talking about it, that violent shift in temperatures is here. We topped out near 80 today and by the time you go to bed tonight it'll be near-freezing in the northwestern part of our viewing area.
Hamilton appears to be in the bullseye for some sleet or freezing rain and we've got Erika Gonzalez camped out there tonight to give us live ground truth on the road conditions there and we've got a crew in Walker County to do the same.
We also have all of the updated school delays and closings right here.

And an Alabama Supreme Court decision that may ban the sale of alcohol in several cities has Fayette's mayor particularly worried. Josh Gauntt is in Fayette tonight talking to the worried mayor.
