A blow for marriage equality advocates
First, we look at a ruling from the Alabama Supreme Court tonight that is ordering probate judges to stop issuing same-sex marriage licenses. Obviously this a story that is going to have a lot more twists and turns so we're trying to look ahead tonight at how this is going to impact your county courthouse in the next week.
What's the State of the State?
Also tonight, we're live in Montgomery where reporter Josh Gauntt is covering Governor Robert Bentley's State of the State address. Did he say anything to convince skeptical fellow Republicans to back his half-billion dollar tax increase plan?
