This gives both sides time to refine legal arguments and prepare for battle in the appeals process. Cottondale Home Invasion

Tuscaloosa County Deputies arrested a man they believe broke into a home, tied up two people and demanded money. The suspect was caught after a short manhunt and chase. We'll have the full story tonight at 5:00.
