Nino's Shrimp Carone for Four
8 shrimp per person
2 green peppers
tablespoon of garlic-minced
Oil - enough to saute the veggies
Pasta - penne or linguine- 1/2 lb per person
Salt and pepper to taste
Make or heat your own marinara sauce, let simmer. Cut the onions and pepper into thin strips, set aside.
In a skillet heat about a tablespoon of olive oil and the garlic, saute the onions and peppers add salt and pepper to taste. When the veggies are almost done, add the shrimp and cook about 2-3 minutes longer.
Add the veggies and shrimp to the marinara sauce. Cook pasta according to directions on package.
Put the pasta on a warm platter, pour the marinara sauce over the pasta, top with parmesan cheese. Serve and Enjoy!
