Pima Co. Sheriff's Dept. has Circle K theft suspect in custody

TUCSON, AZ (Tucson News Now) - The Pima County Sheriff's Department has a suspect in custody this morning after an attempted robbery of a Circle K.  

Deputies say the incident happened around 10:30 p.m. on Wednesday night, at a Circle K near Ruthrauff and La Cholla. The suspect was allegedly trying to steal cigarettes. There were no major injuries reported.
